BROW TATTOOING
Also known as "permanent" makeup (PMU), cosmetic tattooing or micropigmentation, brow tattooing is the process of inserting pigment into the dermal layer of the skin in order to create the desired brow effect, thus creating a "fuller" brow, saving you time each morning! Although the process is very similar to normal tattooing, it is not permanent and the effects will begin to fade over a period of several months to a year, depending on the individual. Multiple other factors such as lifestyle, medication and metabolism also play a part in how long the effects of brow tattooing last.
How long does it last?
Depending on the person, lifestyle and metabolism, usually around 1-2 years. Touch ups are recommended every 12-18 months.
Does it hurt?
Pain threshold is specific to each individual, but we like to think not really! We use numbing cream before and during the procedure. Most clients say the first 15 minutes can feel slightly scratchy, but after that they barely felt a thing! Natural red heads can find it slightly more painful as they are harder to numb.
How much does it cost?
Your initial session is $550, then you will need a perfection visit 4-8 weeks later which is $100. Some clients may need a 3rd session to create their desired brow.
Yearly colour boost sessions range from $300 - $350
Can you tattoo over previous work?
Cover ups can be difficult. It's best to book a consultation or send through photos of your brows and we can discuss options. I can provide referrals to other artists as well.

BROW DYE/TINTING/HENNA
BRONSUN BROW DYE
Bronsun Brow dye is the newest craze in the beauty industry! It is the longest lasting skin stain and brow dye on the market. It can last up 2 weeks on the skin and 7 weeks on the hair depending on the person. Unlike brow tinting and henna, brow dye is permanent and will grow out. It is very versatile with 7 different shades, perfect for any hair colour. We can create a soft stain or a tattoo like stain, depending on what you like.
Before your appointment:
Exfoliate and moisturize the brow area a few days prior to your appointment.
Avoid retinol products 7 days before being waxed.
Avoid fake tan on the brows 3 days prior as this will discolor the dye.
Aftercare:
You will need to keep your brows dry for 24 hours post treatment and avoid rubbing and scratching them. Avoid using harsh skin cleansers and exfoliants, as these will strip the colour off the skin quickly.
Avoid using fake tan directly over the brows for at least 48 hours as this can discolour the dye.
Bronsun Brow Dye is ammonia-free, vegan and cruelty free
BROW HENNA
Brow henna is a more natural way of colouring the brows. Henna has natural properties that strengthen and condition the hairs and also encourages them to grow. Henna leaves a soft and powdery effect on the skin, lasting 2-10 days on the skin and 4-6 weeks on the hair. The colour will wash out slowly on the hair.
Before your appointment:Exfoliate and moisturize the brow area a few days prior to your appointment.
Avoid retinol products 7 days before being waxed.
Avoid fake tan on the brows 3 days prior as this will discolor the dye.
Aftercare:
Avoid rubbing and scratching them. Avoid using harsh skin cleansers and exfoliants, as these will strip the colour off the skin quickly.
Avoid using fake tan directly over the brows for at least 48 hours as this can discolour the dye.
Note: People with oily skin or that sweat heavily may not be the best match for henna.
Brow Henna is ammonia free and low on chemicals
Brow Tinting
Brow tinting is the OG when it comes to colouring brows. Tint will colour the hair for around 2-3 weeks and stain the skin for a couple of days. Tint is perfect for someone who hasn't done much with their brows previously and wants to ease their way into having brows.
Before your appointment:
Exfoliate and moisturize the brow area a few days prior to your appointment.
Avoid retinol products 7 days before being waxed.
Avoid fake tan on the brows 3 days prior as this will discolor the dye.
Aftercare:
Avoid rubbing and scratching them. Avoid using harsh skin cleansers and exfoliants, as these will strip the colour off the skin quickly.
Avoid using fake tan directly over the brows for at least 48 hours as this can discolour the dye.
BROW LAMINATION
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination is quickly taking over the brow industry and one of the most popular treatments. The results are incredible so we understand why! Brow lamination reshapes your natural brow hairs to create a thicker, fuller and fluffier brow.
How does it work?
It's very similar to a lash lift! We relax the bonds of the natural brow hair, reshape them into the new desired brow and then set them into their new position. With brow lamination we are able to cover gaps, create a higher arch or give the effect of a brow lift.
You will need to use a brow gel daily to style them and set them into place.
How long does it last?
Brow Lamination will last approximately 8-10 weeks, depending on your hair growth.
Can anyone have it done?
You cannot get a brow lamination if you are are pregnant or breastfeeding, have hyper sensitive skin or previous reaction to lash lifts, taking any medication that affects the skin like Roaccutant or Retin - A. If you have weak and very thin brows hairs.
Stop using and brow growth serums 2 weeks prior to a lamination.
Aftercare:
Do not get your brows wet for 24 hours post treatment.
Avoid sweating, steam or saunas for 24 hours afterwards.
Use a brow oil DAILY.
Avoid fake tan 2-3 days before and after your appointment.
Use a styling gel or soap daily to set the brows.
LASH LIFTS
What is a lash lift?
Unlike lash extensions, a lash lift is done by treating your natural lashes to give them a semi permanent lift and curl. This will open up your eyes, giving you the appearance of longer looking lashes
How does it work?
We use Elleebana Profusion Solution, which is the healthiest and safest lifting solution on the market! A lash lift works by applying 2 solutions to the natural lashes in stages. The first lifting solution is the reducing agent which breaks down the disulfide bonds in the hair and the keratin molecules are now able to move around. Solution 2 (setting solution) is then added to reverse the effect of the reducing agent. New disulfides bonds are then made so the keratin molecules are locked into the curled shape of the rods! It’s like magic really! 🪄
Note: it can take up to 48hours for the hair's natural PH levels to return to normal, so it’s extremely important to follow the aftercare of a lash lift! 💕
Who is a lash lift perfect for?
Everyone! Especially those who love a natural look and low maintenance lashes.
NOTE: Lash lifts are not recommended for clients who are pregnant and have not tried lifting before as your sensitivity increases when you are pregnant.
How long does a lash lift last?
Everyone is different and depending on the speed of your hair growth cycles, usually 8 - 12 weeks. The lift will just grow out naturally.
How often should I get my lash lift done?
Every 8 - 12 weeks is best.
Can I get a lash lift if I have lash extensions?
If you currently have lash extensions, you will need to wait 8-12 weeks after removal of the extensions before getting a lash lift.
What is the aftercare of a lash lift?
Do not get your lash lift wet for 24 hours after treatment
Avoid excess sweating, steam or saunas for 24 hours afterwards
Avoid sleeping on your face for 24 hours afterwards
Elleeplex serum and mascara is recommended to use, to keep your natural lashes nice and healthy. Serum + Mascara are available for purchase in salon for $25 each or both for $45.
How do I prepare for a lash lift?
Avoid using waterproof mascara 24 hours before your appointment, it can leave a residue on your natural lash and create a residue that makes it difficult for the solutions to penetrate the lash and perform the lift properly.
