Appointment Cancellation Policy:

Wildfire Artistry understands that things happen last minute, however we require a minimum of 12 hours notice by text or email to reschedule your appointment, this allows us to fill your appointment with another client. Failure to notify Wildfire Artistry of your cancellation or cancelling last minute will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment total. It is up to the discretion of Wildfire Artistry if the cancellation fee is charged or if you will be required to pay a booking deposit for future appointments.

 

Child Free Environment:

As much as love seeing your little ones every few weeks, Haus of Wildfire is now a Child free Environment (16 and over). Due to an increase in tattooing and insurance I am unable to have under 16's in this space. 

Tattoo Appointment Policy:
Deposits are required to book any tattooing appointment, Cancelations or reschedules with less the 72 hours notice will forfeit their deposit. Tattoo Bookings can only be rescheduled once, before a new deposit is required. No shows will not be able to book with Wildfire Artistry in the future. 

No Show Policy:

Clients who do not show up to their appointment without contact to Wildfire Artistry will be required to pay a 50% no show fee of your missed appointment. You will also be asked to pay a 50% booking deposit for future appointments. If you do not contact Wildfire Artistry and pay the 50% fee your future bookings may be cancelled and you will not be able to book with Wildfire Artistry in the future. 


Late Arrival Policy:

Please keep in mind that arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges being applied so we do not inconvenience the clients booked after you. Please text Wildfire Artistry if you are going to be late. Smaller appointments may need to be rescheduled if you are more than 5 - 10 mins late.


Refund Policy:

Wildfire Artistry does not offer refunds for any services or products. If you are unhappy with your outcome, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to get you back in the salon to address the issue.
